Default Union Metallic Cartridge Company

Just bought a box of Union Metallic Cartridge Company .38 ammo in a light yellow box on line and there is no mention of Remington any where on the box. Can't wait to get it to see what I bought. I'll post a picture when I recieve it. What is it, old or is it a new product.

That should be interesting,I'd like to see a pic also as every box I've seen had a red circle with Remington UMC in it.

Remington use to have their markings on the box above the UMC label...

Below is a new box...

Thanks for the info guys. I bought the stuff because I had never seen it before. It is the plain box that Shooter13 posted but in .38. I am also going to save the link that Threetango provided. Thanks again.

When you open the box and look at the top of the flap you'll see a set of letters and number either printed or stamped. If you tell me those numbers I'll tell you what day they were boxed up or loaded.
