That's a start, keep it up and you will notice a lot of good benefits.
A little over 12 years not smoking for me now.

I'm going to quit again on Friday. I tried a few months ago and I failed.

How long did you smoke? Are you using nicorette?

Good for you. I quit for the final time in 1969 after many failures. I wanted a cigarette after a meal for a good year. Now I hate the smell... It gets easier with time.

I've smoked for 15 with one four year stoppage. I wish I never started again.

Congrats to quitting!! I sincerely hope you stick to it.

I sure hope you both keep it up and maintain a smoke free lifestyle. It's been 10 years since I quit and just wish I had quit years earlier.
