I have three concerns; why were they allowed to do it without a peep from Obama, why was it not reported to the public when it happened, and did Obama order the info to not be released because it might have hurt his re election bid? The same as he did on the UN Weapons Treaty, the rewrite was not ready for approval until the day after the election.
