  None of mine shoot the way you describe, I did have a sig that shot 6in low and 6in left but I
  fixed that problem by selling it and replacing with an xd40 service.

  I keep looking around but what fits? I am not much into letting the front sight hang out
  unprotected...What have you found to protect you XDM?

  I run the TLR-1s on a XDM 5.25 in .45 and a X2L on my XD service in .40 both function great!
