I hadn't thought about the handling for the smaller in stature.

And the fact that any recoil from almost any caliber is less intense due to the inline design...the bore and stock are inline with the shoooters shoulder.

Recoil is pushed straight back...hence less felt recoil...as designer Eugene Stoner described it.
