I bought a nebo protec light from Walmart for my xd5 and one also for my ruger sr9c lights don't fit on either weapon because of they're compact, is there a rail or adapter I can get so the lights will fit? Thanks

The only things you should ever buy from Walmart for your weapons are ammo and targets,,, there are alot of places to find your specific sight,,best bet would be EBAY,,good luck and WELCOME to the forum.
