Great video. Never worked on a F15 program but did work the Egyptian and Pakistanis F16 programs for about 15 years, both stateside and in country.

Here's what you need to do to get smooth playback: As soon as the player fires up, pause playback and wait for the download to complete (the grey will advance along the timeline to completion). Then push play and hold on.
