I've been eyeing these holsters and they look pretty nice and agree they are priced great. However I sent an email to them almost a week ago, and have no response. And reading the complaints about their customer service on their Facebook page, I'm now having second thoughts.

Just curious, what did you inquire about?

I was asking at the time if they made any cross draw holsters and if it was possible to buy a holster/shell and additional shell for another gun. I have since decided against cross draw and found the answer to the shell question on their website. But I have now decided to look at other brands of holsters given their inability to respond in a timely manner to a rather simple question.

I'm not making excuses for them but this week and last week, most firearm related companies are focusing their energy and manpower on the SHOT show in Vegas. They are probably running a skeleton crew at the office and are focusing on existing customers and production.

Don't count them out on that one instance. Your email could have been overlooked, lost or caught in a spam filter for all we know. I know they make quality products and probably have a big backlog to fill due to their popularity.

Either way, good luck in your holster search. It never ends...

Yes, after almost 3 weeks. Decided not to order based on all the negative comments on their Facebook page. But I'm still researching holsters and may come back to them.

Gotcha. Yeah it seems like most of the complaints are about the shipping time when ordered with the belt. I'm thinking about getting one but I don't want to wait 2 months for a belt haha

We were inundated with orders during the holiday season (a good issue to have, no doubt!) and our customer service department was overwhelmed. We have since almost doubled our customer service department and are responding to inquiries in a more timely manner.

We pride ourselves in our "Made in America" label. We wanted to address your concerns about the wait time for our belts. The reason we have such a long wait for our belts is 1) We are filling our backlog due to supplier shortfall. Our supplier was NOT expecting our success in the release of our belts and was overwhelmed by our demand for their leather and 2) Quality. We turn our a quality product.
