I am looking at getting a gto core 15 5.56or
smith and Wesson m&p 15 tactical. both are 16" barrels.any opinions from any body?

I find the S&W to be fully functional, well made and very accurate. It would make a good solid rifle for you.

I have no idea as I have never see the Armalite. I bought based on the S&W reputation and was not disappointed.

I have a Armalite and it is TOP quality, I have never seen a S&W to compare it to tho.

Have herd bad stuff about them all except for Armalite so thats the route I went lol

I have a Armalite m15 A 4 T which has a 24 inch national match barrel and match trigger and I decided for a short barreled gun its a lot lighter I got the Smith and Wesson M&P 15 tactical with a heavy barrel one in a twist I haven't got chance to shoot it yet to see what the moa is on my armalite moa is less than. .700 at 100 yrds
