Nowhere on my box does it state Ruger, just "made in the USA "
Don't know what the security rules deal is, maybe the boss can tell us.

Anyway...the Inceptor line utilizing the ARX bullet is manufacturer by Polycase...and then Polycase subs out some under the Ruger banner.
