[Xd15223]

I have and XD. 357 sig and I was told you can swap the barrel out with a .40 Cal XD barrel anyone try this or have any information about it

My shooting partner did a barrel swap on his 5" with a Bar Sto barrel, but I don't know if he went from .357 to .40 or vise versa. I do remember there was no mag problems but it was not a drop in barrel and required the assistance of a gunsmith.

I have a Bar Sto 9mm conversion barrel for my XD40 5" but had to change the recoil spring and had no problems with the mags.


The Bar Sto conversion barrels are listed in the Springfield Xd Store.
