I've been craving fresh air, being stuck in the house was getting old, thankfully for me it's warmed up a bit.

Austin, remember November 22, 2012. It's only been 2 months, 8 weeks. Physical, chemical addictions can take longer than that to clear out, but you're most of the way there. You're doing great and it is worth the effort.

By the way, grats to Opaww and Laura42 too.

I'm going through some sort of cravings phase. It's not been an easy week so far, but I'm still smoke free.

I did start chewing gum again, don't know if that's why I'm craving it or not.

I am, but I'm having a hard time still. My wife still smokes, so the temptation is always present.
