Try the Hornady Critical Defense...in .40 S&W they got bullet weights from 155 grain through 180 grain with the XTP and FTX configurations.

But don't just load your weapon with that ammo. Too many people practice with cheap ammo then load their cc weapon with something else that they have never fired because it's too expensive. I have only used Federal ammo in my XD and that's what I keep it loaded with.

Yes...I should have added that one should buy a few boxes and shoot it from the gun they intend to carry...to make sure it shoots POA/POI ( Point of Aim / Point of Impact ) !!
