    oh great .... well - i have rapid fired my Ak -47 century arms - no issues - knock on wood

    I feel the ammo had something to do with it.
    Watch each round as it's fired.
    Pay particular attention to the third rd.

    he had a different size round in the mag - !!!!!! am i right?? @ 5 seconds

    Good catch !

    I think there is more to this story than what's printed as a (gun) failure.

    There usually is. Firearms seldom come to pieces without some identifiable reason. Operator error comes to mind......

    OP error without a doubt...

    I thought this thread was going to be about inert dummy grenades / launcher / blank rounds for the AK...got one for my Yugo AKMS:

    They make a dummy round for that size caliber? Never seen a blue casing on any live ammunition
