That map is out of date, new mexico dropped all rociprocity a few months ago and is redoing it all. as of now they only recognizes 6 states and KY is not one of them.
I was working in Washington St. last year, they do not Honor Virginia's permit holders but Va honors Wa. St? I could however apply for non resident permit in Wasington St for $55. It's all about MONEY!
Always has been Colt45...how can they charge you for a right guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment...that the Supreme Court has decided is an individual right ?! I pay...but I don't think I should have to !!
