I don't carry the XDs but I do like the N82 carry IWB holster on my LC9. Much better than others I've tried and they do have a XDs model.

May also want to check out Blade-Tech and their product line up for IWB holsters. I've had mine since I got my XDM40 (4.5") a few years back, took a bit to get used to, but it's a great holster. Sturdy, not bulky, sits nicely on the belt line, and secures with two heavy duty straps with snap closures. Used it for my XD40 (4") also, and it was great too. I've messed around with it and put my wife's sub comp XD9 in it, and it held well also. It was around $65-$75 shipped and took a couple weeks if I remember correctly. But a great all around holster for concealed carry. I had a hybrid for my XD, and I preferred this over the hybrid. Recently I kind of added my own touch to it, I put some sandpaper on the side that is against the body and sprayed that side with truck bed liner, to reduce the chances of slipping around throughout the day while going about my business. Best of luck!

Hi,

Looking for recommendations for a concealed XDs holster.

Thanks,
What is your cary style, IWB, OWB, behind the back, shoulder? There are many options out there. Answering that question will narrow the options down however, Just like it is impossible for us to tell you what handgun will fit your hand best, it is impossible to tell what holster is best for you. We can tell you what holster we each like, but as you can see by the answers in this thread, we all have our own carry styles and holster preferances.
Myself, I prefer a OWB, with a FBI cant, in the 4 O'clock position. I had this holster custom made for me because, after about a 1/2 doz tries, I could not find a manufactured holster that I liked.

I just got a XDs 45 and ordered another Crossbreed Supertuck Deluxe. I have been carrying a Sig P-232 for two years now with a Crossbreed holster. It is so comfortable, I have to check occasionally to see if it is still there.

Holster for XDs

I am using an IWB unit from Old Faithful Holsters. Very comfortable for extended wear... Like the Old Faithful model so much, bought two more. (for my Officer's 1911 & XD-40)

XDs Holster

I use a Crossbreed MiniTuck, not very nice looking but a great comfortable holster. I have several for my assorted pistols and love every one. I hesitated for a long time before buying my first but was immediately sold! Great return policy if you don't like.

IWB from LascoLeather.com. I have the "Badman" and the "Badman XM" for my Kel-Tec P-11 & P-40, and also two more for my XDs. These holsters make carrying IWB comfortable and the holster gets more comfy the more you wear it.
ETA: New development. Just found out this morning that the Lasco Leather owner/maker is down with back problems and not taking new orders until further notice. :(
Here's the XD-45:

Here's the KT P-40 in the Badman XM (Xtra Magazine), holster.

I don't carry my XD because of its bulk, but the few times I did I used a Uncle MIkes IWB holster. Not the best choice but it had to do, when money allows I plan on getting one from ClevelandHolsters. com

I carry my XD9SC in a leather pancake holster at the 4:00 o'clock position. It prints with some tight tee shirts but hides well with everything else. When I really want to hide it I use a leather IWB at 4:00 but nothing feels as comfortable to me as a pancake. But the most important thing you need is a good heavy belt. A good belt will make any holster wear better.

Overview

This system is constructed of premium saddle leather and includes holster, harness, ammo carrier and a set of system screws. The Miami Classic™ is fully modular. Optional accessories and components may be purchased separately. Made for semiautomatic pistols and some revolvers, the Miami Classic is available in right hand draw in tan or black finish.

Galco's Miami Classic is quite possibly the most imitated shoulder holster system in the world. A direct descendant of the original shoulder system first introduced by Galco in 1970 (then the Famous Jackass Leather Company), the Miami Classic has since become the favorite of professionals worldwide.

A key component of this patented shoulder system is its spider harness. All four points of the spider harness pivot independently and are connected by Galco's unique clover shaped Flexalon™ swivel back plate, which is a Galco trademark. This results in a perfect fit and lasting comfort for all sizes and shapes. Harness fits chests to 52".
