Was just in PA. 2nd time in less then a year, unfortunately for funerals.

Any ways, keep forgetting to stop at sherriffs to apply for out of state CCL since they dont except my 16 hrs training for Illinois CCL, or except the 8 hrs for my utah and florida out of state.

Would be just easier if they would come out with a federal CCL.

In Pennsylvania...Open carry is the law of the land...with Concealed Carry a "Shall Issue" statute.

Been carrying a firearm either way for over 40 years now...both on the job and as a civilian.

I love Pennsylvania !!
