Picked up a box of these today to try in the XDs 45.
Haven't shot them before but have heard good things about them.

Also got a box of Federal 110 gr low recoil 38 cal. hydra-shok's for Mrs 3T.

Not much federal pistol ammo around here but one never knows what might turn up.

HST's are what I carry. I have them for 45 acp and 9mm.
Never any issues in any pistol I have.
In my totally unscientific water jug tests. Always maximum expansions

I've had good results with Hydra Shocks in .40 S&W. Don't see why they wouldn't work well in .45
