If you are licensed for CC in Fla.or have reciprocity, yes!
The following states have permitless carry which allows anyone that can legally possess a firearm carry concealed: Alaska, Arizona, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Vermont, West Virginia.

I'm in Iowa with a valid CC. Just was curious if within a state if Open is acceptable would conceal be also? I would think open would be more "threatening" since the firearm is visible. I don't believe I'm allowed to Open Carry with a CC.

I've heard some States require a special permit to carry concealed in addition to open carry because it's concealed and no one knows you have it and in some States you can't open carry,all States are different. Here in Indiana we have hunting/target permits which just allow going to and from shooting and hunting areas and they must be in the open and then we have personal protection permits which can be carried either way. I've heard that since they changed our eligibility requirements a few years ago that they did away with the hunting/target permits and only have the personal protection ones now.
