Glock 26, Jamomatic

I have 8 Glocks and the only failure I have had was the primer went off and since the channel in the case was blocked and did not ignite the powered. The blowback from the primer ignition blew the mag out the bottom. That was on my G-34 that has well over 10,000 rounds through it.
