Holster for my Range Officer

    Yep. I think its awesome. The kydex is totally lined with leather.

    That's an unusual looking holster.
    Make sure to put up some pics of the Range Officer in it.

    Dutchs, I don't know your height and weight (I'm 6'3" 215#) and a 5" 1911 or XDtac 45 is just a little to long for IWB carry especially when driving. A Commander 4-1/4" or Officer's 3-1/2" are much better suited for IWB carry you might want to go OWB or a shoulder holster. I have a Wilson Combat Shark skin OWB & matching mag carrier that carry very nicey during colder weather:

    I'll post a pic of my 1911 Officer's IWB latter as Photobucket is running at dialup speed tonight.

    I'm still looking for holsters for my XDm 9mm XD45 tac and 2 Browning Hi-Powers.

    :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: couldn't afford the belt after that, but they fit like a glove.
