It's not the medical staff that caused the long wait problems, it was the admin staff gaming the system to get their raises and bonus'. They need to line the entire admin staff up in a row by height. Have every third one step forward and tell them they are fired. Tell the remainder to get to work and produce some useful product or we are going to repeat this drill next month. They could replace the fired drones with broom handles and get better performance.
