WOW! I have 3 guns loaned out right now--one to my mom, one to a friend who was a wildlife officer for years but recently changed jobs and thus had to turn in his only gun because it had been issued to him by the state as part of his former job, and one to a good friend in my church who is trying to decide what he wants to buy--AND THE BAD PART IS:
I don't know what a Firearm Safety Certificate is!

Am SO thankful I don't live in a state with ridiculous un-American firearm regulations!
