New southern Californian member

Hello everyone, Im a California resident where everyday there seems to be new obstacles and anti gun laws attempting to deprive us our 2 amendments. However I'm glad to say I just bought my first firearm and my choice was with no hesitation an XD40 Service model. I haven't taken it out to the range yet but I have fired this 4" model and the sub models with 9 cal. numerous times. Can't wait to brake mine in with at least 500 round down the pipe,, for the first day.

Fellow Californian here too, So Cal actually. Just bought a 3" subcompact in 9mm. I had a 1911 loaded stainless about two years ago. I've always wanted an XD.
