Hi...I'm a newb to this site. Looking for something calmer and more detail oriented than XDTalk.

I have owned an XD9 & XD40. Loved them both. Decided I needed to go all/mostly 45.....and mostly 1911.

But, I wanted a double stack 45 with thumb safety....that made the XD 45 TS a natural!

We are pretty calm around here. No hysterical whining and crying or other bad habits. However, some of us are in our dotage and may be inclined to fall asleep in mid conversation
