New to forum but not xd

Decided to join because I might have a stupid question. It involves sighting a target with the new Mod 2 and optic fiber sights..should I use the original sight picture with the target centered atop the front sight or with the fiber optic centered on the target? At about 10 yds centering the fiber optic seems to work best...course my old eyes may be deceiving me!
