I just purchased a new XD 40 for my daughters birthday. It is compact and fits her hand just right. The 40 cal is a good round for her as the 45 was a bit much for her to handle.
Having said all of that, I own military weapons (civilian versions) and have always used the ammo that was designed to be used in the weapon. (IE .. my 1911 was designed for 230 grain FMJ). I cannot find what ammo this weapon was designed for ...
I look online to purchase and there is 135, 155, 165, and 180 grain to choose from ...
I would like to know what the weapon was designed for ... for optimum accuracy ??
