I shoot at least twice a month...and buy 95% of my ammo in bulk via online providers or at local gun shows.

I doubt a law like this will pass...and do not believe it would help curtail mass shootings...as most mass murderers in recent history fired less that 1,000 rounds anyway.

Once again...the only thing it will do is curtail practice and proficiency by legal gun owners.
