This thread is dedicated to those of us who live for the outdoors...

Whether you ride horses or ATVs...or like to go camping, fishing, hiking, rock climbing and rappeling, boating, swimming...and all the other outdoor activities

that make us glad to be alive enjoying nature's bounty...

So please, share a picture and a story of what activity you enjoy in the great outdoors...

( BTW...we also have a dedicated HUNTING subforum...)

I only get to camp in the back yard right now. With a newborn it's been tough to do much of anything. I still pull out all my camping supplies once every few months and make sure everything is holding up.

Can't wait to get back to camping. I love it.

I could see suffering through an unhappy child to get to hang out there.

    Great pic!

I've always been the outdoors type. Hunted and fished all my life. I don't get to go as often as I would like to because of health concerns, but I get out there as often as I can, if nothing else just to sit and see what comes along.
