Just orderd a set of rubberized decal grips from MidwayUSA for my XD .45 service. Was wondering if anyone has used them and what your thoughts were on them. Thanks for your input. Im new to the gun forums and can use all the help I can get.

I've heard mixed things about Midway's customer service and speed in shipping items. I haven't actually used them, but I think it's because of the mixed reviews I have seen.

So far I havent had an issue with hipping or anything related to that, just curious what you guys think on decal grips in general. Ill post pics and my thoughts once I recieve them and they get some range time.

Decal Grips

Howdy all,
I've been using decal grips (rubber self-adhesive grips) for several years now and I like them alot. I have them on two standard sized xd45s and a Kahr PM9; I just ordered a set for my xd45 tactical and for my nephew's Glock 21SF.I've never had any problems with them. I've found that if you shop around, you can get some pretty good prices on them. Try Optics Planet or Amazon.

Decal Grips

Howdy,
Since my last entry on this forum I have had the opportunity to fire my nephew"s Glock 21 SF and I like the Decal Grips on it just as much as on my XDs. I have rather short fingers and the Decal Grips give me the extra "purchase" that I find very helpful. As I mentioned, I also have a set on my Kahr PM9. It is a very small gun and the Decal Grips make it feel alot better to me. When I got my first set I bought them with the "sand" finish which I did not care for at all, so now all of mine are the "rubber" finish. The only problem that I have had was the upper corner of one of the grip panels starting to "peel" back but some super-glue fixed it right away.
