This guy Foster was/is an idiot. A simple 911 call would have been all it took to resolve this issue. Now he will end up with an criminal record that will follow him forever. Not to mention the possibility of a civil lawsuit. He has been reading too many Batman comics and drinking too many "energy" drinks. He's got is brains mixed up with his testosterone.
