I am not a fan of SOB carry, but I do have one, very seldom used custom holster for caring my Glock 22 SOB. The holster is OWB, and the slide rides almost parallel to the belt; the grip is tilted only about 30 degrees up from the belt.

The article mentions most of the issues associated with SOB carry.

My favorite place to carry is about 8:00 on the belt (4:00 for you right-handed people).

Don't carry SOB...too hard on the back when driving and sitting.

I like strong side IWB at 4 o'clock...that's where my duty pistol always rode.
