Nor I. The whole concept is pretty bizarre. It might be useful in the make believe never never world where each encounter is scripted and as such there are no split second decisions to be made. But from a practical standpoint it appears to be more something to assuage the rantings from the lala land liberals who fail to understand the realities of life on the streets for law enforcement officers.
