If there is one accessory that you should always have when at the range and in your car it's a good tourniquet. If you have a gun, have a tourniquet as it may save not only yours but someone elses life
I have one in my medic's bag for carry in the car anytime we drive and another in my wife's (she's a nurse) full medical bag which includes a field surgery kit along with Curlex blood clotting pads.

Everyone that goes to the range with me has a shooter's trauma kit and we also discuss who drives us to the hospital and the best route to the hospital....just in case. I've also stuffed one pocket of my range bag with little ol' bandaids. You would be surprised how many times we get little cuts on our hands.
