Its dead as of now, Senate isn't bringing it to vote because they don't have the backing yet to assure it will pass. They will probably bring it up next session when the new legislators are in place and they have a bigger Democratic majority.

Also as a side note, it doesn't propose to ban as much as was intially reported. Its basically a duplicate of the 94 fed AWB that made it past committee.
