I am also a working musician that has been collecting drum sets and playing on the weekends.

Currently I have 3 of my 9 kits set up at home and another kit at one of my practice sites.

Thanks, everyone.

I had an audition last night for a band that was losing its drummer. Had a great time and really enjoyed the quality of musicianship and the song list. They offered me the job so I will be out gigging again real soon.

I will probably post info about the band and schedule once it is in place.

Here's another that's pretty good. I'm trying to find the same one that Simon Phillips did.

I'm pretty much into TOTO more than any other band. Their original drummer, Jeff Porcaro, was one of my biggest influences along with Neil Peart from Rush.

I have a buddy that's a talented musician. I've played with him a few times and I'll just stop so I can listen to him. I play harmonica and sing though I'm a terrible singer lyrics come natural to me in a free form situation. I could probably rap if I really put some thought into it but I have no interest.

He just started playing paid gigs again and he's making some decent cash on the side doing it. I'm really proud of him.
