Yea...they BOTH should know...Massad Ayoob is the cop...and the driver is Tom Gresham...both in the Firearm Industry for decades.

While Pennsylvania is NOT a "Must Inform" State...if and when I should be pulled over for a traffic violation...the window goes down, the license / registration / insurance cards are retrieved from a zippered pouch on my sun visor...and my hands go to the 10 and 2 o'clock position until otherwise instructed to move.

Should I be asked specifically if there are any firearms on my person or in the vehicle, I offer a reply and ask if the officer would like to see my LTCF (firearm permit).
