I'm considering changing holsters for IDPA. Right now, I use a Comptac International. It is a great holster for competition, but not much for CCW.

Are you using a kydex pancake OWB that you like? If so, what is it?

I use a Blade-Tech Eclipse OWB pancake style holster. I use it for everyday carry as well as IDPA. It works very well and is quite comfortable for me.
