this makes absolutely no sense to me .........how about she worry about herself ... and not law abiding citizens

when i took my CHL back in 97 it was still two day course , 1 . classroom 2. field

instructor - asked if anyone had questions

* i raise my hand

* do Murder's , rapist , robbers etc ... do they have to take this course to carry a weapon?
