XD repair turn around

I sent my XDc .45 that I personally buggered up back to Springfield. They not only fixed it no charge, the turn around was one week.
and got my extra goodies package for the 9mm sc in the same Fed Ex delivery. About one month from sending in my form and receipt

I have owned many Springfield products over the years and am very happy to say that I have not had the pleasure to return any of them for repair. :)
