I just purchased my first XD9 on Saturday. Thanks to California's anti gun Government, I have to wait 10 days to bring it home. I took advantage of Springfield Armory's Gear Up 2017 promotion so I will be receiving 4 additional magazines, a mag holder and a holster for free.

I took advantage of the last "gear" program, and I found it to be quite worthwhile... the magazines were high quality (steel), the holder was easily adjustable, and my deal included a small range bag, which was heavy denim material.

I'm looking forward to it. It is just too bad that all the magazines are only 10 rounds, both the flush and extended. I may need to make a trip to Las Vegas to get some larger capacity ones.

Also, I contacted SA customer service and they will swap out the holster in the Gear Up deal to a left handed paddle holster at no charge.

Just a quick update. I have put 500 rounds down range and she shoot straight and true. Also picked up an Alien Gear 3.0 IWB cloak tuck holster and Alien Gear dual cloak mag carrier. So comfortable to carry now
