I took my xdm 40 to the range today and out 25 fires only about 7 actually fired. I had 2 different brands of ammo I was firing but neither seemed to work consistently. It looks like the striker isn't hitting the primer hard enough. I had someone at the range who also had an xd fire my ammo and it fired fine through their firearm. Anyone else had this problem? I have had the firearm for about 2 months and haven't had any problems til today. Any thoughts?

Don't be put off by what's going on with the XDs. I think most here would agree that SA's typically pretty good to work with...

Clean the firing pin. Mine got frog lube all over it.
