Hope someone can help here..

I emailed burris asking how to attach the fastfire2 for my XDM. The said they made a plate for the SP XDM and gave me the model number.. I got it on amazon a week later

The adapter is pretty stright forward looking so i took a punch and removed the stock rear sight in my XDM.. Its not flat under it.. There is no way that plate attachment is going to mount there.. Its not a dovetail so I'm a little lost on if I can ever put this FF2 on with out a gunsmith and a mill

I have no experience with anything related to your problem. Perhaps someone else might have some ideas.
