My XDs was FTF with almost every magazine. After putting over 100 rounds and driving myself nuts disassembling, cleaning, re-lubing, etc. Still couldn't get it to fire properly.
Finally broke down and brought back to dealer. He confirmed a defect not my shooting or wrist. Went back to SA in early May. Hoping to see it back soon.
Will keep Forum posted on results.
