It seems to me the family is doing everything to find fault with anything. I'm surprised they aren't blaming the air and gravity for causing that car to lose control while driving at breakneck speeds.

Actually it wasn't just the family as accident reconstruction experts said the same thing about the bot dots.
One, a Porsche is right on the ground and the owner/driver had racing tires ( semi slick) and it was stated the bot dots are very slippery when you go over them so it looks like a possible combination of things to include speed.

 

Either way you look at it it's a shame. A man cut down in his prime. I would be upset and looking for reasons if I was family too.

 

I agree that Bots Dots can be deadly. When I was in the police Motor School, I saw many go down from them but again, speed is the primary factor.
